Line eyes?

I am anywhere between 15dpo and 19dpo, but I was really unwell with a virus in the tww. Now my AF is late. I didn't do opks this month, but I'm usually good at estimating based on my cm. I thought I was due on Saturday, my app thinks yesterday (not sure how it worked that out)
Anyway I decided not to test today, but then caved tonight and used my last test. I think I can see something, but I know these are bad for evaps. This photo was taken with 10 mins.
But even if I was 15dpo I would expect a darker line. Am I being too optimistic here? I know I am

I honestly don't see anything. Sorry I know how hard it is ❤️

@Michellebops thank you for your honesty. And kindness Smile

I thought I was probably just seeing things. I haven't tested again today. Just going to wait for AF and try again next cycle

I am the same I don't see anything 😔. But these things are always harder to see in pictures. Some people don't get their bfp until 21dpo so you're definitely not out!

I was the same as you though. Spent months agonising over lines that could possibly be there. What helped me is comparing it against a faint line on an opk. Even though that line is still super faint there's no questioning it's there. So if I don't see a line like a faint opk I throw it away and don't agonise and torture myself!

@lumpylumpee I actually stopped testing each month.

I don't know what's harder, testing and getting negatives or testing and thinking you see "something"

Either way I was gutted and spent the rest of the time in between testing trying to convince me it was wrong.

If you have to hold up to a light, shine a torch behind it or keep rechecking to see if it's changed then it's not positive and to wait a few days.

Perhaps you ovulated later than you thought and it might still happen. Fingers crossed 🤞

@MsChatterbox I did the same and compared it to an opk haha.

@Michellebops that's exactly what I tell myself, if I have to get a torch on it it's negative. But then I still do it Hmm

Ttc is shit isn't it.

I've run out of tests now anyway and I'm not buying more. If I'm pregnant then time will show me that anyway so I'll retest in a week if still no AF.

Thanks Smile
