TTC - test

This month has been our first TTC, from using the ovulation tests I know that my peak was about 4 days after what my app said it should be, i think this is usually the case and I have a shorter luteal phase. My cycle is 26 days so I would be due on today. I used the early detection test yesterday and this morning and could see a very faint line both times but today I also did a digital which says not pregnant - can the digital be wrong? I don’t know if my later ovulation means I need to be doing the tests later. Should I retest in a couple of days if I don’t have a period?

Digital tests are less sensitive so that's probably what it is :)
When I had a short luteal phase I always tested the day my period was due and would get a very faint positive at 10 or 11dpo.

@Treaclepie19 thank you so much for the information, will try again in a couple of days. I’m not registered with a GP yet so can get that sorted in the meantime!
