Rally bad pain around ovulation

Hello I'm new here! I'm ttc my second baby. I came off the pill a couple of months ago. In the first month, I got really really bad cramps in the middle of the cycle. Like bad period pain. It lasted about a week and got so bad that sometimes I could hardly walk. I think I ovulated during that time because I had ewcm. Roll on another month and it's happening again. I've had ewcm, streaked with brown blood. And this awful pain, for 3 days now. I'm so tender I can't be touched on my lower abdomen, and the occasional stabbing pain or just dull ache. It's right in the middle, not like on one ovary. I had a c section 5 years ago, not sure if that makes a difference. Any ideas what it might be? I'm scared it's endometriosis. But my last period was light and not painful. Thanks for any help x
