Short luteal phase - help!

So once again AF has appeared 7dpo. Last cycle was 6dpo. Feeling really despondent now and just don't know where to turn...
From what I understand the GP won't look into fertility problems unless we have been TTC for a year or more?
Does anyone out there know if any safe home remedies I could try to lengthen my LP?
Any help/advice would be really appreciated

@welshsoph yes I am getting so obsessed with tracking everything - it's taking over my life ConfusedShock
I don't totally understand the difference between all the vitamins - but my body doesn't absorb B12 so I have it injected every 3 months. Is that connected to B6 at all? (Or is that a really blonde question?)

Hi, I have a 10 day luteal phase and it took me 8 months each time to fall pregnant with my two DC.

I took B6 and a B vitamin supplement every day, and Maca root tablets. I also added Co-Enzyme Q10 as I'm older. They didn't really lengthen my LP but I think I got caught on DPO 9 with DC1.

With DC2, I did the same but I'd actually been to the doctors (and was fobbed off). I researched lots and suspected low progesterone so I brought some natural progesterone cream and it worked the very first month I used it! Temperature went up instead of down on DPO 10 and I knew straight away!

I have pernicious anaemia and also have B12 injections every 12 weeks so don't worry, just make sure you keep having them Smile

@welshsoph yes my DH thinks my stress levels are a factor.... going to start yoga again!
@Boobahs thank you, don't suppose you remember where you got the cream from?

@Gurtie28 I brought it from Amazon (actually with my first DC1 but never used it) but they don't sell it now. I used the whole tub and brought a replacement from eBay, it was this one.
