Acupuncture

Has anyone tried acupuncture when trying to convince? I'm in the TWW of cycle 8 and am loosing hope 😔 I'm desperate to try anything but want to see whether it was worth it?

I've been having it for the past four cycles and not pregnant yet! It definitely relaxes me though, and has regulated my cycles.

@tryingforbabyone don't give up hope ❤️ I've read that it can help regulate cycles also and the relaxation part has only got to be a good thing. This TTC journey is tough and can stress you out even if you don't want to let it.
Have you been tracking your cycles/using OPKs?

@han2291 yes been tracking cycles and ovulation. I'm very regular and AF comes like clockwork every month. AF has just arrived yet again today so on to cycle 9. It's so heartbreaking every time. I feel hopeless 😔

@tryingforbabyone do you get positives around the same time every month? I'm sorry it's been a tough time 😔 maybe this will be your month. Try not to worry about it and keep going! Do you think you'll look into acupuncture? I'll keep everything crossed for you x

I never get a positive on the same day but always between the 14th and the 17th. One week it's the 14th then it's the 17th. But yeah back onto the next cycle and hopefully there will be some good news soon. Thank you for your support.

@tryingforbabyone that's what we're here for ☺️ looks like I'm back to CD1 today too. Fingers crossed for us both this month.

@tryingforbabyone this will be my 4th cycle post birth control and 3rd cycle of TTC (but last cycle was my 1st using OPK's so hopefully I'll start getting used to those/my cycle will sort itself out because last month I seemed to ovulate late 🙁)
