Totally emotional :(
Had a scan at the beginning of the month where I was told she could see my right ovary preparing to ovulate.
Lots of flashing smiley faces and then finally a static one. Sex every other day.
Period ten days late... Felt sick all week and have sore boobs. I normally get sore boobs pre period but it feels different this time.
DH had a job interview yesterday so held off a test as didn't want to distract him. I was convinced it would be positive but no... I got a BFN.

After over a year of TTC I had convinced myself that this time as different and this was it. Just so devestated :( it's going to be a sofa and tears kind of day.

Just wanted to reach out to all in similar positions because this feeling is rubbish xxx

So sorry to hear you're feeling like this, got frustrating 💐
There could still be hope, a number of reasons why it could have been BFN, ten days late sounds promising.
Was it FMU?
What test did you use?
Are you usually regular?

Hi, try having sex every 2-3 days as it allows the sperm to get stronger, watch your diet - eat dairy, cut out junk, minimise takeout food, don’t stress yourself (please), have folic acids, zinc and God willing you will get news soon :)

Yep FMU, was a clear blue.
I'm usually pretty regular, varies by about a day.

Looking at my diet even more than I was now. Think,I'm doing all I can but may make a follow up with the gp again.
