I'm probably being stupid but I just took an opk after noticing the start of ewcm today. I'm cd14 after a chemical pregnancy last cycle. The opk is 100% negative, not even a hint of a line but I just saw that it's a year out of date! Realistically how can they be out of date?
Do I trust the opk or my ewcm?
