So confused - positive test but bleeding / endo

So I had a op to remove endo two months ago.

This month my period hasn’t come properly. Before the op my cycle was 26 days. The op seems to have lengthened my cycle. However this month I am on day 37. I had spotting at days 30 and 31 but literally not v much at all. Last night I had a gush of blood. But it has kind of dried up today.

Did a pregnancy test and it’s come back a strong positive (see pic).

However does the gush of blood mean I’m having a chemical perhaps.

No it might not. Some people bleed through out pregnancy . I would go to the doc though and get checked

But I would only be like 5 weeks pregnant so can they see anything yet

But you won't know for sure how many weeks you would be as ovulation might have happened earlier?
I bled a lot at 5/6 weeks pregnant with my youngest and had strong test results. I would definitely get a scan booked in for as soon as they can get you in.

I had a scan at five weeks because I was spotting blood, they couldn’t see a heartbeat (too soon) so I had to wait a week and have another scan.

But I though you calculated from date of last period which I why I think 5 weeks

I am going to test again maybe tomorrow and see if it still as strong
