Periods all over the place

I came off the pill over six months ago to have a break from hormonal contraception. My periods came back quickly but they are mad. I’ve just come on again and it’s only been 21 days since the last. I’ve also had gaps of 31 days between them. Not sure if there’s much I can do but I want to ttc soon and worried I have no idea what’s going on with my cycle.

Anyone have similar or any advice?

Hi, I came off the pill in January and my periods have been all over the place too, last month was 38 days between!

My cycle is permanently all over the place, swings 24 - 32 days and anywhere in between and have had no problems conceiving. Worry less, have sex more, that's my best advice.

I was on the pill for six years and my periods were all over the place for ages sometimes I would go a couple of months without a period!
I started taking folic acid supplements everyday and my periods became a lot more regular 3 months later I was pregnant

Yep going to start taking folic acid again, although last time it gave me the shits! But I have to just suck it up.
