Hi all of you girls iud users and ex users.
I just turned 35 and removed my copper iud in June 17 as we decided to try to get pregnant, to my surprise my cycle got crazy first two periods were barely there as I just got brown spotting when wiping.
I did a follow up with my OB to check ovulation and even thought it was late my follicle developed enough and was instructed Intercourse followed by putting progesterone inside me.
I had brown spotting again which made me believe I had implantation bleeding, but instead I had 5 days of brown spotting followed by the longest period I ever had it lasted 15 days of full period. Now I’m super lost and confused... (Urine pregnancy test negative) I am supposed to be ovulating today but did the clear blue test and came up negative, I have no idea why was my period so long or when will I ovulate again? I thought I might have gotten all the blood out I didn’t get last 2 months but I don’t know if that makes any sense? I really want to get back to normal, and have a real shot of being pregnant any guidance or thoughts regarding this situation?
