Lighter period - not normal for me

Hi, I’m new here and was wondering if light periods are normal? Usually mine are quite heavy and I’m only on day 3 (started about 9pm ish Sunday night, now Tuesday)

Anything can effect your cycle weight loss/gain stress diet etc if it feels out of the ordinary for you and its really worrying you book an appointment with your GP Xx
