25 days late and BFN!

BFN on test today and no other pregnancy symptoms but 25 days late & no sign of AF...

What is going on?!

Never been in this situation befor either so don't know what to expect. Almost just want AF to come now so I can get onto the next.
Is there any reason this can happen?
