Short luteal phase

Has anyone had a positive experience conceiving with a short luteal phase? What is the secret? My cycle is 26 days, ovulation is on 16-19cd. This month it left me with just 9 days PO and then the af arrived. I have had 3 days of normal heavy period bleeding and this morning I just thought why not to test again... All tests on 8-9dpo were bfn. This morning test came light positive. Sad I have had this before. It is not good. I miscarried. There is no endometrium for the baby to attach. The gp is adamant I'm fine as all the hormones are fine. My progesterone was 11 on 7dpo. But I cannot keep conceiving and miscarrying every single month! It is not fine! Sad anyone tried taking progesterone after the ovulation? Did it help?

I was given projesterone pessaries from the miscarriage clinic as I've been having light periods and the consultant said it sounds like I've been having a short luteal phase, I used them for three months as apparently that's only how long you're supposed to use them for, I don't know the reason why, I was also told that if I got a positive pregnancy test then to use them for up to 16 weeks. This month using ovulation tests I got my peak a few more days later than I have previous month's don't know if that's down to using the projesterone pessaries or not. I'm no expert but I would have thought projesterone level is low, I had to have a 21day blood test done at the hospital for projesterone and that was 50 and they said I'd ovulated that month, other times from gp tests it's been 30, I'd push to see another gp and ask for a referral, it's not fair on you for this to keep happening.

thank you @Lauraliverpool Yes, I reckon my progesterone is too low. I have had 2 chemical pregnancies and one anembryonic already. That's why I tested today, for me af is not a sign of a bfn. I'm tired. I wish they dealt with this. I will try to get a referral.
Hope you get a bfp soon!
