I have been actively TTC for 3 months now. AF was 3 days late, arrived but only lasted for 1 day. I had cramps 1 week before and the worst cramps I have ever had for 2 days leading up to it. Could this have been a chemical pregnancy? So upset right now

I think without taking a test, its impossible to know one way or the other.

I mean this in the kindest of ways, it has only been 3 months, that really isn't long in the grand scheme of things! It takes most people 6 months to conceive.

I wouldn't be to upset about something that may not have even happened! Also bleeding for only one day! Take a test!

Loula82 Im sorry you are going through this. When you are trying, the 2 week wait is such a hard time. Endless wipe and checks. I wouldn't class it as a miscarriage, for one you need to confirm pregnancy first but more importantly if you do have one you will realise there is no question about it. I and many people on this forum feel what you are going through. I tried for almost 2 years before getting pregnant and I miscarried at 10 weeks. A year later I have just had a BFP. So keep the faith, keep your chin up amd stay positive because stress will reduce your chances. P.s. i got one tip recently, whether it had any impact on thr pregnancy or not, I will never know but happy to pass it on. Try taking evening primrose oil and Agnus Castus. Someone recommemded it to me as it worked for them. Best of luck
