Clear blue ovulation test! Help!

Help!

I read somewhere to try and different times of the day to test on the advanced ovulation test from clear blue. My last 3 or 4 days have been flashing smiley, I went to bed at 1ish last night & then was up at 4:30 for a pee (tmi sorry) and I done another, still showed flashing smiley.

Woke up at 10ish, done a test at 10:30 and it showed static smiley! Yay! My OCD self has another test holder so I done it again, just to be sure... and wishing I didn’t. It showed low fertility completely? Just a round circle. I did use the same urine from a cup that had been sitting for 5/7 mins so could that be why? Or also the 2nd holder was unused this cycle, are the programmed clever enough to pick it up without having previous tests to show flashing smiley??

Not sure what test to go by, my first after my longest sleep and the holder I’ve been using this cycle, or the other. Wish I didn’t re test now! I know I shouldn’t have but was so excited for static smiley!

Thanks for anyone who can help!!

@sm24 clear blue are clever enough to store your results and then change to static or smiley once they pick up an increase. I'd definitely go buy the one you have used all cycle. It will be right it wouldn't do a flashy if you weren't ovulating. That's why clearblue don't let u test again with after a flash as peak has been detected and ovulation is imminent. Good luck this cycle. Xx

@sm24 you should be using the original holder with every new pack of sticks
