Hi im new to this site, very happily married to a wonderful man and we have a 14mth old son.
I'm type 2 diabetic, diet controlled. Had a great pregnancy and birth first time round, and we've decided to go for it again.
I'm waiting for an appt. wwith the pre-conception clinic at the hospital, my HBA1C is good and i'm / we're getting very excited.

We're hoping to have 3 children in total, god willing, hate this point, trying hard not to be too excited and a little bit nonchalant about it all, but failing miserably lol.

Hello! I'm a type 1 diabetic with a 5 month old son. I also had a good pregnancy and my husband is getting all broody again - though I think it's a bit soon (still haven't shifted my baby weight - everyone said it was just fluid but it's clearly flab...).

Good luck with number 2!

Hi 1down. I'm the mum of a diabetic but there was a thread about this subject recently. I'll try to dig it out for you as there were a handful of women on here who'd understand your situation well.

Hoxtonchick springs to mind.
Hang on a sec ...
