So I came off the combined pill in May and my periods were very short the first two times, my last two have been 27 days and 31 days. I went to family planning the other night to find out ways to actually track ovulation as my partner and I have been trying for a baby! Yesterday morning I had a bit of pink spotting that had a slimy feel, this lasted maybe half an hour but only when I wiped. This morning I have the same texture discharge but it's clear, its stretchy. Now I thought with yesterdays spotting it could have been implantation, however the discharge I've had this morning made me think I've just started ovulating. I really dont know what's going on with my body. I'm on day 27 of my cycle. Can anyone help please? Thankyou!

Sorry I hit 'post' too soon haha I stopped the combined pill in July so I feel your frustration with trying to figure out your cycle! Do you usually feel like your period is a day or 2 away or you can't really pin point it? It's shitty but I guess you just have to wait and see.. xx

Not sure what username it's going to come up with as I changed it after posting this. Yes I never know when I'm due on and constantly on the toilet making sure I've not come on! I'm hoping after having 2 very short cycles and two normal ones my body is starting to regulate! But after being on the pill since I was 14 (currently 22) I dont know anything about my cycles!

Hey, I have also just come off the combined pill in September so new to all of this. Had my break from my pill and then just didn't go back on it. I have just come on again with my first 'normal' period, and hoping that's a good sign that it has come after a 27 day cycle. Also had weird discharge last month which I thought was ovulation or possible pregnancy already but it wasn't. Just have to be patient! I have just brought an ovusense though to try and track ovulation to make sure all is ok. Trying not to get obsessed with it all! Wishing you girls luck! Xx
