Have I miscarried? :(

Hiya!

I'm new to this and it's my first post. My husband and I had sex 4 weeks ago (no contraception). I have had cramping and thought I was due on my period. When I wiped, a big pink fleshy mass came out with strings of blood. It's not like normal period clotting, I've never had this before.

If anyone has had early miscarriages and could let me know if they saw anything? Thank you x

Were you due your period? Could be a decidual cast? Have a google and see what that looks like but basically your weeks bleeding comes out in one go and it's in the shape of your uterus.

If your period was late could be a miscarriage but I would expect it to be fairly small at this stage and more bleeding. If you take a test it would probably still be very faintly positive which would let you know that's what it has been.
