Ovulation strip help

Hi.

Can anyone tell me when the best time to take an ovulation test strip is?

Also do they need to be the same time every day; and how many times a day?

Any advice would be appreciated

Clear Blue Digital need to be in the morning with first urine. Most others, including the cheap strips, recommend not using first morning urine as it is likely to give a false result, so to test between 10am-8pm. Try not to wee for 2 hours beforehand and don’t drink excessively, just normally. And yes, test at roughly the same time each day.

Hi @Maisy24 I've used the clear blue digital which as mentioned you have to do with first morning urine. When I get the static I then use £land ones to monitor the surge and see it disappear. I test with those 3 times per day throughout the next couple of days and usually by the evening of the 2nd day my LH surge has gone so I know I'll ovulate at some point after that.
