So OH and I have been trying to conceive for a while - AF is due on Thursday but for the past few days I've been getting period type cramps (which is normally for me a day before). Really headachey and mega tired too (had an hours nap earlier!) which isnt normal, and I've felt unbearably nauseous for the last week. Am I being too hopeful, or could this be implantation cramps/signs? TIA!!
