I don't have regular cycles and this is the first chart since january which shows I've ovulated.

What do you think of it. Do you think I have ovulated like it says?

What do you make of today's temp spike?
If it continues would that make it triphasic?

Thanks in advance :)

Are you observing other fertility signs (cervical mucus, OPKs etc) or just temping?

This chart looks similar to mine, classic dip prior to ovulation, followed by a rise. It could be triphasic if temps continue at that elevated level. What do your precious charts look like?

@WhoArtinHeaven I find it hard to chart CM because I can't really differentiate and because I have irregular cycles I seem to get similar CM at different stages.
I'll show you my last few cycles as they are all completely different.

This was a long one I had a few cycles ago too.

It's so hard to tell what my body is doing.

I am in the process of having blood tests and then I am being referred to fertility specialist.

Those charts definitely look annovulatory (is that a word?!) although I definitely think your most recent chart looks promising, at least from the perspective that you ovulated this month. Fingers crossed for you!
I hope you get answers from the blood tests if nothing else.

Looking at those cycles I don’t think you have ovulated. Mine (when I tracked) looked very similar. I still had a period, still do. But not because of ovulation. I was diagnosed with low progesterone. They look v similar to mine.
It would also explain why your cm is all over the place. I can recommend Taking charge of your Fertility by Toni Wechsler It’s really comprehensive

Yes I believe they are annovulatory @WhoArtinHeaven I've not had a solid looking ovulation chart since January Sad I hope I have ovulated but I know the chances are unlikely!

@Serenschintte Have you managed to conceive with low progesterone? Have you been given anything to balance it out?

Thanks for the recommendation I will look into it.
