Relaxed Cycle - Anyone else?

Hi Ladies

I’ve decided, following my 3rd early miscarriage in 3 cycles, that this cycle is going to be a relaxed one.

I’m not going to OPK, I’m not going to check my apps, I’m not going to test early and I’m not going to regiment the sexy time (let’s be honest it’s no fun when it’s regimented and planned in advance!). I haven’t even looked at the date my next AF is due.

I will however be looking at foods which naturally increase progesterone as I think this is why the little eggy isn’t sticking. And also foods which aid in conception.

Anyone with me?

We were the same when ttc, when we were monitoring everything as you say it was no fun. We stopped the monitoring and in some ways could say stopped trying as such. Sex was actually fun again and I fell pregnant

Hi
I would like to do this too. I have been putting information on apps but going to try and listen to my body more this month and dtd when feel like it. I m hoping this will stop me testing early as well as last month Af was late and I found it stressful. I m going to try massages and trying to relax more. Are you ttc your first?

@user1471501621 we’re TTC #3 for me but #1 for hubby.

Massage sounds like a good idea. I might get my hair done and nails done just to feel a bit special as well.

Doctor suggested taking up some form of exercise to release some endorphins. Might do some cardio followed by Pilates.
