I'm a journalist at Dow Jones and am currently researching fertility benefits offered (or not) at firms in London. It has been written about extensively in the US (the BBC wrote about it recently www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20190906-the-workplaces-that-will-pay-for-surrogacy ) but not as much in the UK, which is why I was interested in looking into it. Benefits in the US often include egg and embryo freezing.
