IVF Medication Leftover

I have some Menopur 600 that is sealed and unused. Its been kept in my fridge for the last year and has an expiry date of March 2020. The cardboard box is opened as I used a needle from the pack, but the medication and others are intact in the sealed plastic pack.
Would I be able to offer it to someone who needs it? I am based in Brighton, East Sussex and would like to help someone out

I don't know if you can pass it to someone or it would need to go back to the hospital/clinic i image honey. I've just started my injections today, how did you find the process?xx
