Hi, as title says really.

The consultant who did my diagnostic Lap a few months back diagnosed stage 3 Endo and a frozen pelvis, but to keep on trying the natural way while waiting to see the results of our fertility tests and possible IVF.

However all I keep reading on Google (I know...) is that the only hope for a frozen pelvis is IVF.

We've been trying for 2 years, my periods are somewhat regular, although since my Lap they're not as clockwork as they were. They can range now from 27-32 days normally. This cycle I ovulated late going by opks, which I tend to believe because I came on exactly two weeks after a blazing positive. I know they're not gospel though and there's a chance I don't always ovulate but still get a period.

I'm just trying to manage my expectations really so I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's been through this.
