Hi,

My partner and I have just started trying for baby 2. Any advice on how to go about it? Our first wasn't planned so it's very new to us!

I've started taking seven seas folic acid, is there anything else I should be doing? Anything to maximise our chances?

Thank you :)

Hi! Good luck on your journey!

For me I used OPK's to work out when I ovulated and then had sex every other day around my fertile period! I also took conception vitamins and my partner took the man ones, I believe those helped as it didn't take long!
Someone mentioned eating pineapple helps with implantation so I ate that and so far seem to have a sticky bean! I'm 7 weeks today. 😊

Hello! I'm TTC number 2 as well and like you number 1 happened so fast so this is new to me too! I came off the pill 1st July. I'm taking seven seas vitamins and using the Flo app and have been having sex every other day since CD 8!! I'm CD 21 now and hoping I've done enough 🙏🏻

Here is also a nice research article on diet and lifestyle basics for fertility: fertilityresearchandpractice.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40738-015-0003-4

If you had no issues with your first I wouldn’t worry too much with your second. Both of mine I wasn’t actively trying, just having fun. The less worry and stress the better Flowers
