Hi Ladies,
been ttc for first time for 34 months and finally had first natural period start - typically we're going on holiday week after next - what's gonna be the easiest and simplest way for me to try and track ovulation(if it happens)
Thanks :)

I got myself an ovusense but didn't get round to using it. However the reviews for it are great and it sounds convenient as it monitors overnight internally. I got this after considering the AVA watch like device after realising its not suitable for anyone with hormone issues.

Try the flo app, It helped me conceive.
It tracks your period and tells you your ovulation dates.

Thankyou -
I have been using the Flo app but haven't found it that useful.
I will look into that thanks @Dalooah sounds really good

I have the Flo app. And been using OPK really to track my cycle. My app is useful but hasn't got it right yet. Been using it for 9 months. It's good for symptom tracking but It certainly hasn't got my day of ovulation correct, ever
