4 DPO; Pinching pain in left side?

I'm getting very antsy this cycle because my last time TTC ended in a miscarriage at 7 weeks. Anyway, I was estimated to ovulate on Sunday (though I think if anything I would have ovulated on Saturday evening) and I did experience some bleeding two or so hours after sex when I went to the loo. Saturday evening I also felt a sharp pain in my left ovary which I think could have been the egg released.

Well, today I've been experiencing sharp pinching pains on my left side. They come and go so I'm wondering whether this could be implantation??? Or the beginning of it? I've been doing opks as well and they're not getting darker than the one I had Sunday evening, so I don't think that's ovulation.

Not sure if it’s implantation bleeding as it’s only 4DPO but perhaps make a telephone appointment with your GP to discuss your thoughts/concerns?

@HeadlessGummyBears Oh no, I meant that I had the bleeding on Sunday which I think could have been the actual ovary being released! It was only a few drops. I'm having pinching on my left side now though, 4 days later ( nearly.)
