Implantation and pregnancy test?

At 9dpo yesterday after dtd I noticed some brown discharge which went on for a few hours and not really any today.. at 10dpo.. I’m thinking possibly implantation as not due af till Saturday?

I took a frer and it was negative this morning..
How long after implantation do you or has anyone had a BFP?

I’m going to wait until Saturday anyway now..

I'm sorry I don't know the answer but just wanted to say I'm almost your cycle buddy, I'm 9dpo today, AF due Monday. Fingers crossed, hope you get your BFP when you do test!

@Sunflower2019 I had the same with my first pregnancy. Spotting on 9 DPO then I got a very very faint positive at 12 DPO, stronger at 14 DPO. I have my fingers crossed for you :) x

Usually, it takes around 3-4 days for your body to start producing high enough HCG levels for a pregnancy test to pick up!

Thanks everyone, af due Saturday so think I will test in the morning if af hasn’t come!

@Sunflower2019 Yep trying to wait until Monday, or longer if I can (that's if AF hasn't shown her ugly face). Spent too much money testing last couple of months!
