Ttc after marina coil removal

I'm 37 and I'm currently ttc! I had my marina coil out over a month ago and I'm wondering if anyone has any positive stories about conceiving.

I've had light spotting after it was removed and I've started my first period a couple of days ago. I haven't had a period in 4 years so it's a shock to the system and god knows what my cycle is.

@tryingforminime no advice but in the same boat, had Mirena coil removed on Saturday and feel like I'm just anxiously waiting for my body to do something now 😆 it's so strange not knowing what to expect cycle wise! I've downloaded the Ovia app to track anything that happens and hopefully get to know what's going on!

I had my first mirena out aged 36 and conceived within 3 months. I've got another mirena in now.

Hi, I had my first mirena removed mid dec 2015 and had a period within 2 days. I didnt opk the first month but did in the Feb and got pregnant, sadly it was a chemical but I then got my next bfp 17th April! My wee girl is almost 3 now and got my mirena removed again in Aug, according to ovia and opks I'm about to ovulate any day now. Good luck!! xx

My youngest is 13 so it's been awhile since I was last pregnant.
