Can anyone help me understand my doctors letter?

Hi, as above i recieved a letter from my consultant that would also be sent to my Gp.

In it its says ovaries weren't enlarged however they had more than 15 follicles in each ovary.

Is this good/bad?

This is probably a sign of PCOS (polycystic ovaries). Where you have multiple follicles each ovary. Ovaries not being enlarged is a good thing.

Thanks. I thought this but at my appt she said I didn't have it or wouldn't diagnose it because I didn't have all the characteristics of it. Whereas i think i have quite a few just not the physical attributes of it (acne excess hair etc)
