Positive OPK but problem...

I got my first positive on an OPK tonight, but we can't dtd as my hubby has got a sickness bug. How long after getting a positive OPK could I realistically still conceive?

You'll ovulate between 12-36 hours after getting a positive so you'll still have a chance for a day or so x
