So I spoke to the doctor about my high prolactin levels (623 mIU/L then 1 month later raised to 903 mIU) and she seems to think that it's most likely due to stress (as I'm still having regular periods). My summer has been a little intense due to work, but things have calmed down quite a bit now. But I feel like I'm in a vicious circle, trying not to stress about conceiving before I turn 40 (in 4 months) is making me stress about it more! 
I've tried yoga and pilates in the past but that's just not for me. I've heard about reflexology or acupuncture for fertility and just wondered has that helped any of you? I know it can't directly help by making you miraculously pregnant but it's apparently good to to help with stress which could be directly linked to trouble TTC. Has anyone tried this or any other ways that can help bring down prolactin levels and if yes, which would you recommend?
