Stitch like pain, opinions?

Hi all.
Just some background. I had mc last cycle and I think I ovulated between 1-3 of Sept. I do not use opks or charting, just going by ovulation pains. I am due AF on Tuesday and if I ovulated on those date then I'm 10-12 DPO. Yesterday afternoon and this morning I felt stitch like pain which lasted about 30 seconds on the left side just below my ribs, it was quite uncomfortable, never felt it before in my life, it almost took my breath away. Does anyone know what that might be? Anyone had it? I also have very sore boobs and nipples x Am I wishful thinking here?

Also, I did a pg test this morning, just a cheapie and it was BFN, but not surprisingly, I am not due for another few days x

Might have just been a stitch. By the ribs would be unrelated to (possible) pregnancy...

It was below my ribs, level with my belly button on my left hand side. Never felt anything like it before and I was sitting at my desk at work.

Hey hun,
The only thing I've had in regards to stitch like pain was when I was 3dpo and it felt like stitches in my actual womb for about 20 minutes. Then I had a sort of stitch like/pulling sensation on my right lower abdomen for 3 days, the same side I ovulated. Just as baffled as you are x
