AVA tracker and ovulation

Hi everyone

I got an AVA tracker over the summer and have been using it for 3 months (now nearing end of 2nd cycle) I was due to ovulate yesterday and so did a clear blue ovulation test and it came up with just a circle and no smilie face. Then this morning when I synced my tracker it said parameters suggesteed I might not have ovulated and may do today so I did another ovulation test and it came up blank again. I’m on day 18 of my cycle, with my previous one being 28 days. Has anyone else any experience with using this tracker and has it been accurate?

I have an Ava and also use both clear blue and IC OPKs. I haven't found ava to be massively helpful in predicting ovulation. You only get the "tick" on ovulation to confirm you have had a biphasic pattern a while after anyway (otherwise it is more of a guess like you get on standard apps). I like to see the temperature rise post ovulation on Ava, but I personally do t like it to predict ovulation. This month I have ovulated 4 days early compared to normal re OPKs and I had barely made it to fertile window on Ava!

I have had two pregnancies using OPKs (ending in loss at various points) but havent since I have been using Ava.

Personally I trust the OPKs more.

I like getting to know my cycle using the AVA tracker but my temp and pulse rate have both been rising since cd13 so I’m thinking maybe I ovulated then? Would that sound right? Sorry I’m a total novice to this

It sounds likely to me.. I do sometimes get unusual readings, but for me the consistent temp rise always comes after ovulation. Then starts dipping just before AF (one of the first ways I know I am not pregnant (although never seen a cycle on ava where i am pregnant ))

I have used since end Feb, so quite a few months, but not loads and loads
