Does anyone know if weight training and strenuous exercise can prevent or hinder implantation? I go to the gym (crossfit workouts for anyone who knows it) about 4 to 5 times a week and really love it but have started to worry that the strain could effect the chance of a pregnancy "catching". Does anyone have any medical/personal knowledge of this? Thanks in advance!

I don't have any medical knowledge of this but personal.
I done weightlifting 4-5 days a week and 5 sets of 50 ab crunches until I realised I was pregnant at 6-7 weeks.
I am now gone 29 weeks and all is fine :)
