Going mad- Symptoms but negative tests

Before anyone passes judgement or says I'm so desperate to be pregnant that I'm imagining it, for the record I have just given birth 9 months ago.

For around 4 months now I've been feeling pregnant. I'm bloated, when napping during the day, having headaches and have just today felt weird flutters in my womb that I only experienced during my pregnancy last year. The hpt's I've taken have been negative but about 3 of them have shown very faint positives (because of my period still coming I have ignored them). I've still been having my periods but last month it came 6 days early which is not usual for me.

I know it sounds silly given that I'm still having my cycle and haven't had a proper positive hpt, but like I said, I have a young baby and am actually not trying to get pregnant. Any thoughts would be most welcome

HCG (which is what home pregnancy tests test for) drops off after the first trimester so if you’re 12 weeks+ it would be normal for a test to be a faint positive or even negative. As you have had a positive test you definitely are or were pregnant as your body doesn’t produce HCG otherwise. I would definitely make an appointment to see the doctor and I hope you get the news you want.

I sometimes get flutters in my stomach that feel like a baby moving. Ive worked out that it is wind. I never had it before I had my DC so I figured that it was just where things had moved around a bit iyswim.

Are you using contraception? If not maybe you had chemical pregnancies. I'm currently losing a cp and I feel bloated and have had faint lines then periods.

@Expressedways @Whyhaveidonethis Thanks guys, I think I'm going to book a well woman scan to see if they have a look to see if everything is normal. I took a test this morning and it has a vvvvfl, but hard to get on the camera.
