When's the best time to get pregnant? Use our interactive ovulation calculator to work out when you're most fertile and most likely to conceive.

Why doesn't it happen?

I really am a novice with TTC and conceived first baby without trying and completely took for granted how lucky we were that it was so easy.
This time around it's been a few months and it's not happening. This last cycle I tracked ovulation using opks and marked the date as 12 days ago. We could not have done any more baby dancing around that time! Now 12dpo I have a bfn and bright red blood. So assuming af has arrived.

It might sound silly but why does it sometimes just not happen even though we tried everything this month? Does it mean something is likely to be wrong? What are the chances of pregnancy occurring when you dtd at the right time? Which I assume we did? Just confused and worried in case something isn't right with me.
