Hi, can anyone recommend a good lubricant that won’t make it more difficult to conceive. Also do people recommend taking vitamins in preparation for trying to conceive?

Thanks!

We used Liquid Silk. Its not one that is used specifically for ttc but we caught straight away.

If you're planning to ttc, you should really be taking pre-pregnancy vitamins for 3 months beforehand. Folic acid is important to prevent conditions like spina bifida and should already be at optimum levels in your system as soon as you conceive.

Hope this helps x
