Is it possible to be pregnant if you have really bad cramps?

Hello, I regularly have very bad cramps every month on day 22-24.
We are TTC, and my cramps are really bad. I usually need a lot of paracetamol and a hot watter bottle. And when I do then I think that's it for this month, I am not pregnant.

Has anyone here been pregnant after having very bad cramps? Thanks.

@MoodleJam I had very intense cramps for about a week before finding out I'm pregnant. They were worse than my normal AF ones! I'm now 15 weeks so I'd take it as a good sign if I were you :)

Oooh thanks @maria94. I am crossing fingers and toes!

I've had cramps with all 3 of my pregnancies before getting a positive result.

I knew I was pregnant BECAUSE i had really bad cramps for a week and no bleeding (I usually have heavy periods). They were so bad, they kept me up at night.

15dpo here! And had my BFP yesterday. I was convinced the day before yesterday that I was going to come on because I woke up at 6am (very early for me) with what I thought was period pain. I’ve had cramps on and off throughout. Good luck!

Congrats @LaceyLou42!
