Seven seas trying for a baby

I've just started my TTC journey and have been taking the seven seas supplements as I understood side effects were practically unheard of with these ones.

I have been ridiculously bloated, gassy and had occasional waves of light nausea with some abdominal tightness along with tiredness!

Anyone else have side effects with the Seven Seas supplements?!

I've been taking them on and off with other brands and not had any symptoms like that.

I had a lot of nausea while taking these and my pms symptoms were much heavier (which felt like pregnancy symptoms) and then my cycle got longer. So I stopped taking them and the symptoms stopped.

I took these with my first pregnancy with DD and loved them, regulated my cycle and no side effects and got pregnant after two cycles and swapped to their pregnancy ones. Now started to take them again trying for number 2. Guess everyone is different

Never used them. Why bother, you will probably conceive easily enough without any extras, plenty of people do even if they don't want to! It sounds as though they don't suit you and that's a good enough reason to ditch them.

I took them trying conceive and throughout pregnancy (Don't like the prenatal horse pills) and I never had any bother with them.
