@louisepottsx I noticed about 9dpo I had very tingly nipples on and off sometimes it would feel like a shooting pain and I didn't have my normal acne before AF which I normally do I had cramps around 11 dpo which I only normally get day before AF. At 12 DPO I got my BFP.

Good luck ladies x

Had sore boobs straight after ovulation which got progressively worse till they were keeping me awake at night, I had nearly instant bloating/constipation which is uncommon for me too. At around 11dpo I had diarrhoea and some acne, back pain and dizziness. Got my BFP the day my period was due at 14DPO.

Thanks ladies:) it's appreciated .
Do you ever drink after ovulation? We are trying for a baby but after two miscarriages I'm trying to enjoy life too and get so consumed in it like I have before . Prior to miscarriage I stopped drinking 6 weeks before trying . Now I have the odd drink because we are away and I feel so guilty xxx

Yes I drink after ovulation. Less so at home but more if we go out for a meal. A big part of conceiving - as I understand - is keeping stress levels down, so if wine works then wine not!

I think probably it's different if you're undergoing fertility treatment though. I'm starting that process - have appt on 16th September eek. Generally drinking a lot less - maybe once a week, a couple of glasses of wine - because want to get BMI right down, it's about 26/27 now. I just turned 37 x
