6dpo sharp stitch-like pain on left side

I'm around 6dpo, I've had some mild cramps/twinges the past 2 days and I've just woken up in the night (after a crazy pregnancy dream) with a pain like a stitch just on the left side.

Is this normal? What could it be?

Morning ladies! So I tested with a cheapy test this morning and I swear I can see a very faint line but tbh I could just be imagining things 🙈 AF is due on Tuesday and I usually start spotting 2/3 days before and nothing yet so fingers crossed! I’m gonna wait until I am late to test again!
Anyone else test this morning??

I'll be testing on Tuesday if this spotting doesn't develop into full blown AF x

@mrssunshinexxx I took a photo but it’s not at all visible in it 😂 I could only see it in a certain light! I’m still holding out hope it gets darker!

BFN for me. I came to the walk-in centre last night as the cramps were so severe. HCG levels show i'm not PG but do have appendicitis!

Never mind, it's only my first month so i'm sure it won't be long

Please do keep me updated on your results though, I have everything crossed for you.

@GoldLeafTree sorry to hear about you BFN and appendicitis!! At least you know now and can move on to the next month of trying! I have really bad AF type cramping today, really hoping AF keeps away 🤞

Feeling like af is coming too cramps, and crying at the dancing dogs on Britain's got tallent... pretty sure its coming !

@mrssunshinexxx my app says I am 11DPO but I reckon I’m 13DPO. Yeah I had loads of pains and twinges the past week or so and today and yesterday I had really severe cramping and bloating, I was convinced AF was on the way, I was due it today but no sign so I decided to check again. Going to get First Response and test again at the weekend to be sure 🤞

That's exciting @Yougottabekittenme I've had a few twinges but not sure if it's all in my head only 8dpo it's going to be a longggg week

Af was due yesterday , fingers crossed...

Wow having some really sharp twinges out of no where in the right side of my abdomen just bit lower than my belly button to the right and lower down too, kind of like pulsating! 6dpo could this be implantation?!
