Symptoms actually a bad sign?

Am I the only one who feels out this month because they HAVE some mild symptoms. Sore boobs and lower abdomen cramps. Due AF on sat and thinking more likely to be her rearing her ugly head. With my DD and subsequent failed pregs I never had any symptoms till at least 6weeks...

No, every pregnancy is completely different. I noticed changes before my period was due both times I was pregnant, but the changes were completely different. My dsis had sickness with her first two pregnancies and then none with her third. So I wouldn't be upset yet if I were you

I had sore boobs, big nipples and mild period pain with both my pregnancies early on.

@OP I know what you mean! My AF is due sometime in the next few days and every time I feel a twinge in my lower abdomen I'm thinking- oh no, af cramps on the way! But not sign of her yet, which I guess is a good thing. Like all the other posters have said I think symptoms are a bit unreliable. We just have to wait and see (and try and not drive ourselves mad meantime!).

When are you due @skyla01? I’ve tested today and BFN. Hoping it’s just too early but would have thought it’d show by now

@OP I'm due between today and Sunday. Last month my luteal phase was only 12 days, I think that was an anomaly rather than my norm. However hence why I have a date range! I'm not going to regard AF late until Monday, so won't be testing until at least then. That's if AF doesn't rock up meantime...

Oh I’d be eager to hear how you both get on @Skyla01 @imnewtothis !! Here is my test BFN. Maybe a hint of a hint of a smidge of a shadow but nothing really. Got that dull ache down low, so have already stockpiled the sanitary products! Grin

That last test is definitely positive. I had really bad cramps with both dc's and assumed af was on her way. Keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

@Mrsmummy90 thank you. Just have them horrible shooting pains ‘down there’ so not filling me with hope. Also had previous ectopic so only 1 tube, 2 MC at 5 weeks since then, makes me paranoid any pregnancy now isn’t going to ‘stick’ in the right place. Let’s hope this is the one!! Going to take a test again tomorrow to see if the line is getting any darker as that’s usually a giveaway for me, hopefully it is as AF should have been due yesterday 🤞

Well just taken another Asda one ( with the purple caps, same as the one that was bfn) and BFN! 2 days late now so would have thought I’d have a line even on the cheaper tests. Looks like might be a chemical 😔

@Mrsmummy90 thank you. I used the remaining cheapie in the 2 pack this morn and BFP. No idea what to think really. You’d think at 3 days late I’d be getting a stronger line right?

I didn't get a bfp with dd2 until af was 2 weeks late. Hormones are just weird like that. A few more days and you should have a blazing bfp xx
