So... we've decided to start trying as of next month and I couldn't be happier!!!Grin

I've stopped taking my pill, good riddance to it too😂 and I've been taking folic acid vitamins. Any other things I can do to get my body in the best possible shape/be at my healthiest ready for pregnancy?

Yoga/gym/exercise.
Good sleep
Good nutrition (as it’s hard to achieve this in the first 3 months as you may go off a lot of foods or have sickness)
Reduce sugar
Vitamin D
