Had implant removed 7th August first AF arrived 26th August (first proper one in 4 years) glow is telling me I’m due to ovulate on the 8th, however I’ve been doing OPKS and not even a glimpse of a faint line .. is that normal? It’s the first time I’ve ever used these things so it’s all new to me?
Please help!

Apps can't accurately predict when you'll ovulate until you have been logging your cycles for a few months so I wouldn't put too much weight on what Glow says just now to be honest. Keep using OPKs twice a day so that you don't miss your LH surge.

You may not ovulate this month as it could take your body a few months to regulate your cycle after being in contraception (that's not to say you won't though).

OPK mid-morning/early afternoon and lasts afternoon/early evening and that way you won't miss it 🤞🏼 x
