9/10dpo and so many symptoms (1st cycle after miscarriage)

Little background, I have been ttcing for about 4 years (not preventing for about 10years) and I have very irregular cycles. But back in May I happily found I was pregnant. Sadly I lost the baby at 7 weeks in june.

So I had my period 5th aug and lasted 5 days. Then I had a positive opk 23/24th aug so I am roughly 9/10dpo and my current symptoms are going crazy (or at least driving me crazy).

My symptoms currently are -
Twinges/pulling in lower abdomen
Acid reflux
Faint nausea
Headaches
Unable to concentrate
Stuffy nose

I had all these in the run up to finding out I was pregnant in May. So personally i think my brain is over reacting trying to make me believe I could be.

Has anyone had a loss and then experienced repeat symptoms and what was the outcome?

Hi, sorry for your loss.

Unfortunately your body is rubbish as it tries to settle back to normality.

I know it's difficult but try to take your mind away from it until it's time to test.

I have everything crossed for you x

Hello, so sorry for your loss. I'm in a similar position. I had a chemical last month and just today I've started having the same symptoms as last month sore boobs, sore back, twinges, unable to concentrate and headaches/ feeling dizzy. I'm 9 dpo with af/bfp due 9th or 10th September (2 apps say different dates). I've seen a lot of people say they've conceived straight after a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy so i really do have my fingers crossed for us both

Sorry for the late reply, dont get notifications for some reason.

I have been trying to tell myself it's all in my head. It's so frustrating miscarriages mess with your bodies so much, makes it impossible to know what's going on.

So today (either 14/15 dpo) I have had some light brown discharge, which I am guessing means my period is beginning. Gutted I am out this month, was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones after a loss but sadly not.
