Forgot how this felt.

I was TTC for a full year before taking a 3 month break. First cycle back and AF has just arrived. Forgot how devastating this feeling is. Words of encouragement anyone? :(

I haven't been TTC as long as you, but I had a major wobble yesterday when AF arrived. A kind poster sent me a link with this info, which really comforted me:

One study found that among couples having regular unprotected sex:

aged 19 to 26 – 92% will conceive after 1 year and 98% after 2 years
aged 35 to 39 – 82% will conceive after 1 year and 90% after 2 years
