Pink Spot - Any ideas?

I'm really not sure what is going on with my system at the moment. I have been exercising really well for the last 3 months (around 30 min a day - varying intensities). My period was fine the first two times and now that we're actively trying for another I've experienced some unexplained period issues.

Last month my I had a pink spot 5 days before my period. The next day it was a bit of brown spotting and eventually my period came and lasted for about 11 days. My tracking app said we had sex out of my fertile window so it seemed like it was normal period procedure. I updated my tracking app and we tried in earnest for a baby during the shown ovulation window (cue sexy music) in my next cycle. And now 6 days before my period and I got a pink spot again, but it's been a few days since and no period. Is that implantation bleeding you think? I didn't have beets which sometimes can give me coloured urine. I'm 3 days until my next period should come but I'm now wondering if I need to just update the app again because maybe my actual period is a bit later and my last period was a bit of a fluke. Doesn't explain the pink spot though.

Update, I fixed my app so that the last spotting before my period was a fluke and now it says I'm a week away from my period. Hubby and I still got busy during the fertile window though. This tracking stuff is confusing!

Maybe this isn't so helpful but I'll reply just in case... I had one red bright spot several months ago like maybe 5 days before my period. I thought it was implantation bleeding cause it never happened so early in cycle. Anyhow, it was just one of those things cause my period came on time (I'm usually like 29/31 days. I had a lot of stress that month so I wondered if it was stress affecting my hormones. I realise our cycles are governed by the rise and fall dance of LH and FSH so maybe they were out of sync. Anyhow, good luck in your TTC journey x

@ChatWithMe that's really helpful thanks! I don't like giving myself false hope. My workout schedule has probably caused all kinds of mayhem on my cycle.
