TTC baby number 3, this is our first month of TTC.
AF is due on 4th September. I have very regular periods which are like clockwork. I usually start spotting dried stringy brown discharge a day or so before AF properly starts.
HOWEVER.
My partner and I could only have sex once during my fertile window this month (this was on 24th August) due to work commitments (well, twice in one day). This was on my last fertile day of the month.
Ever since Thursday 29th August, so 5 days after having sex, and 6 days before AF is due, I’ve been having the weirdest vaginal discharge. I’ve never ever experienced this before. It started off as quite watery and yellow/brownish, then went quite thick and creamy pinkish/brown, a few very small streaks of bright red blood, then dark brown and thick, and now it’s very intermittent watery pale brown. It starts and stops. In total, over the past few days since this has happened, I’ve probably had enough to fill a tablespoon. It’s really not much at all. But incredibly odd for me, I’ve never experienced this before. I have had some consistent cramps in my lower stomach and back, likelier period pains.
I’ve read this could be implantation bleeding, but I never experienced this with my other pregnancies so I’m not sure. Does this sound similar to anyone? I’ve taken a FRER test and BFN, although as I said AF isn’t due until Weds.
